The Promise Oversight Board - recruitment webinars

The Oversight Board is a key component in the work to #KeepThePromise.

It will hold Scotland to account.

At least 50% of its membership will have lived experience of care.

Next week, The Promise team is running three webinars about the role, responsibility and make-up of the Oversight Board. These sessions will cover the recruitment process and how members will be supported as well as the work they will do. There will be time for questions that you have about becoming a member of the Oversight Board.

Would you like to know more about The Promise Oversight Board?

Please choose a webinar below and details to join will be sent shortly before the event.  Details collected will only be used to communicate information about the webinar.

If you can’t make it or would like to revisit the session, the presentation part of the webinar will be recorded and available.  The question and answer sessions will not be recorded.

#KeepThePromise webinars

The Promise team is offering help and support for organisations to understand how to #KeepThePromise.  That work starts with webinars that will be repeated throughout week commencing 12th October - covering what The Promise is setting out to do, the purpose of the engagement phase, the Scottish Approach to Service Design and more. There will be a chance to ask questions.

All #KeepThePromise webinar sessions are now full. A recording and slides will be available soon.

In the weeks after the webinars, The Promise team will be on hand to work closely with organisations as they develop how they intend to #KeepThePromise.

We can offer support such as planning, service re-design or setting targets. We will aim to do this with networks and collaborations so please think about what other organisations you could connect with, or the networks you are part of, that could connect together in collaborative, joint sessions with the team. In some cases, we will be able to offer bespoke support and we are happy to discuss this.
