Can Freedom of Information requests be made to The Promise Scotland?

As a company wholly owned by Scottish Ministers, The Promise Scotland is subject to Freedom of Information legislation.

If you want to access information which it holds, you can ask for it through making a Freedom of Information request.

Making a Freedom of Information request

To make a Freedom of Information request, you can email it under your full name. Once The Promise Scotland receive your request, they’re required by law to respond within 20 working days.
